Who we are
Stevens Growth (“we”) runs Facebook and Instagram ads for local businesses. It’s run by Anthony Stevens, a sole proprietor in the Janesville and Beloit area of Wisconsin. Questions about your info go to anthony@stevensgrowth.net or (608) 352-3507.
What we collect
- What you type into the form on this site: your name, business name, email (optional), phone number (required, so we can call you back), the kind of work you do, and your message.
- When you said is a good time for a call (as soon as you can, mornings, or evenings).
- Whether you checked the box to get text messages.
- Ad tags in the link that brought you here (like utm_source), so we know which ad or post sent you.
- A random reference number the form adds when you send it, so we can keep track of your request.
- If you email us, your email address and what you write.
- If you call or text our business number, your phone number and what you say or send.
- Basic visit info. Like most websites, our web host may log your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. The Meta Pixel is off right now. If we turn it on later (see below), Meta would get visit info too.
How the form sends your info
When you hit “Get my free test drive,” your answers go through our form service, Web3Forms, which emails them to our inbox and handles them only to deliver them to us. On the free plan we use, Web3Forms shows past form messages for 30 days. Its own privacy policy says it can keep them for up to 3 years unless a shorter period applies to the plan or they’re deleted sooner, so we can’t promise its copy is gone after 30 days.
Web3Forms is run from India and stores data with providers like Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, and Hetzner. That means your form answers may be stored or processed outside the United States.
If the form can’t send, the page shows our email address so you can write us directly.
How we use it
- To call you back about your request, around the time you picked, or to email you if you gave us your email.
- To set up and run a test drive or other work you ask for.
- To text you about your request, only if you checked the text box.
- To answer calls and texts you send our business number.
- To see which ads and posts bring people to this site.
We never sell your info
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your info. We only share it with the services that help us run this site, reply to you, and measure our ads:
- Our email provider (Microsoft), which holds the emails you send us.
- Our form service (Web3Forms), which delivers form messages to our inbox.
- Our phone service (Google Voice), which handles calls and texts to our business number.
- Our web host (Cloudflare), which serves this site. Cloudflare sees your IP address when it does.
- Google Fonts, which loads the font on this site. Google sees your IP address when it does.
- Meta, only if we turn on the Meta Pixel. It’s off right now.
We’d also share info if the law requires it, like a court order.
Text messages
If you check the text box on our form, we may text you about your request. If you text us first, we reply about what you asked. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also tell us to stop any other way, like an email, and we will. We never sell your mobile number or your text opt-in, and we don’t share them with other companies or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You don’t have to agree to texts to get a test drive.
The Meta Pixel and cookies
Right now this site doesn’t use the Meta Pixel, and we don’t set any cookies of our own. If we turn the pixel on later, we’ll update this page and the date at the top when we do.
Here’s what it would do. The Meta Pixel is a small piece of code from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It uses cookies and similar tools to tell Meta when someone visits this site or sends the form, so we can measure our ads and show them to people who might want them. Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy. Meta’s cookies policy explains how to control the ads you see, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
This site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.
Links to Facebook and Instagram
Our Facebook and Instagram links take you to Meta’s sites. What you do there falls under Meta’s privacy policy, not this one.
How long we keep it
We keep form messages, emails, and call and text history while we’re talking or working together. Web3Forms keeps its own copy of form messages as described above. You can ask us to delete your info anytime.
How to see or delete your info
To see what we have about you, email anthony@stevensgrowth.net and we’ll send it to you. To delete it, email us with “Delete my info.” We’ll delete it from our email, phone, and records (and ask our form service to delete its copy) and let you know when it’s done. We only keep what the law says we have to, like invoices and tax records, plus the note below. If you told us to stop texting you, we keep a note of your number only so we never text it again. To stop texts, reply STOP or tell us any other way.
Kids
This site is for business owners. We don’t knowingly collect info from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
